Top Nigerian singer, Peter PSquare Okoye, has waded into the trending Achraf Hakimi and wife divorce story on social media.
The news that Hakimi’s ex-wife, Hiba Abouk, had asked for 50% of his properties after divorce only to be told that he had nothing to his name and everything was under his mother’s name, sparked a series of reactions online with most people bashing women.
However, Peter PSquare had a different reaction and he shared his views on his social media pages.
On Twitter, the music star noted that if a man does not trust his woman, he should not bother marrying her. He then asked if these men were expecting their wives to suffer after divorce.
“If You Don’t Trust Her, Don’t Marry Her”: Peter Okoye on Achraf Hakimi Divorce, Tells Men to Marry Their Mums

He wrote: “#JustMyOwnViewAndOpinion I don’t understand why most men are rejoicing over this Hakimi story? Like I don’t get it The truth is bitter but needs to be told. If you don’t trust her then don’t marry as simple as that. Or are you expecting your wife to surfer after divorce?”
In another post, he proceeded to remind his male followers that their mother whom they trusted with all their properties was also once their father’s wife.
Not stopping there, Peter PSquare asked if they would have felt if their mother was treated the same way when she was their father’s wife. He also proceeded to tell men praising Hakimi’s actions to marry their mums.

Hakimi’s wife is 12 years older than him and they married when he was 19.

She allegedly filed for divorce to collect half of the player’s properties but unfortunately for her, the player has all his assets in his mother’s name.

Hakimi receives €1 Million from PSG monthly but 80% of this is deposited into his mother, Mrs Fatima’s account.

Insecurity: President Buhari is leaving Nigeria ‘Far Better’- Femi Adesina
The Special Adviser to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, has said that the President has done his best in tackling Nigeria’s multifarious security challenges since he assumed office in May 2015 and he is leaving the country “far better” than he met it.
Adesina said this when he appeared on Channels TV on Monday night, April 10. Confronted with verifiable data that between May 2015 and May 2022, over 55,000 Nigerians were killed by terrorists, bandits and armed gangs, Adesina said the President has left the security situation of the country better than he met them in 2015.
“The figure has been coming down progressively over the years and it’s a fact of history. Nobody can change it,” he said.
Asked whether the situation has improved, he said,
“far better. In 2015, we knew where Nigeria was. Minimum of 17 local governments in this country were under the control of insurgents. Talking of control, I mean they were sitting in emir palaces, they sitting in the seats of the local government chairmen. NYSC could not even do orientation; they could not even post people to those places.
Is that what happens today? No. The emirs are back in their palaces. The local government chairmen are back in their offices. NYSC orientation are opening in those states and corpers are being posted to those states. Are you now telling me there have been no improvement? No, let’s be factual”
Adesina also stated that the appointment of service chiefs during the Buhari administration was never subject to ethnic balancing and the federal character principle, adding that the President has the prerogative to choose those he feels can secure the country.
“Don’t subject security to ethnic balancing, don’t subject security to federal character. In fact, the constitution that prescribes federal character even gives the President some prerogatives that he can appoint on his own,” he said

Drake wins $2.7million after placing two huge bets on Israel Adesanya to defeat Alex Pereira  at UFC 287
Rapper Drake has won a whopping $2.7million after Israel Adesanya knocked out Alex Pereira at UFC 287 to reclaim the middleweight title this morning.
The Nigerian-born New Zealander won back the 185lb title just five months after he lost it to his bitter rival Pereira, who has previously beaten him twice in kickboxing.
Drake lost $1.6million after backing Adesanya to win in that fight but he made amends for the rapper in his rematch with Pereira.
According to Mirror UK, the Canadian placed a $500,000 bet on Adesanya to win which returned $885,000, and a $400,000 bet for him to win by knockout, which returned a massive $1.8million.
‘Stylebender’ was asked about Drake’s bet after his fight, to which he said: “Shoutout to everyone that bet on me but you have to realise that when I step into the octagon I put my life on the line. That’s the biggest parlay you can ever do. I’m a betting man too so shoutout to stake, we are about to make another deal and get more money.”
The win over Pereira is Adesanya’s 24th in his career in mixed martial arts (MMA) and he had suffered just two losses.

“Your Ignorance Is Showing” – Justin Dean Tells His Followers That Korra Obidi’s New House Is Not A Mansion; Schooled Them On The Difference Between A “Condo” And “Mansion”
Justin Dean has shut down claims that his ex-wife Korra Obidi’s new house is a mansion.
He went online to search for the difference between a condo and a mansion then read this difference out to his followers in a new video.
He pointed out that a mansion has more rooms and sits on more square feet.
He then explained that his house is almost a mansion as he shut down claims that he is jealous of Korra for buying a house.
Justin said in the video: “A condo is one-fifth of a mansion. My home is three thousand square feet that means I’m two thousand square feet short of a mansion. But if you add in my unit and the unit below, that’s six thousand square feet. So, I technically live in a mansion or half of one. If you put both of these together, my home is considered a mansion.”

Frank Lampard confirmed as Chelsea’s new interim manager after Graham Potter’s sacking
Frank Lampard has been confirmed as Chelsea’s new interim manager and he’s vowed to ‘give fans what they want for the remainder of the season.
Lampard,  who was sacked by the club in January 2021 after a season-and-a-half in charge,  will be in charge for Saturday’s trip to Wolves.
Chelsea confirmed Lampard’s appointment after a breakthrough in negotiations on Wednesday April 5, following Graham Potter’s dismissal on Sunday night.
Speaking for the first time since his return was confirmed, Lampard said it was ‘an easy decision’ to come back and believes his knowledge of the club will help stabilise the team until the end of the season.
‘[It was an] Easy decision for me, this is my club. I’m also a very practicial person.
‘I’ve been on a different path since I left Chelsea but to come back when I’ve been asked and come back with a belief I can help until the end of the season.
‘Delighted to get the opportunity and I’m thankful. I’ve a good understanding of the squad, the training ground, the stadium and the fans and I’ll do my best.’
Lampard – who said he couldn’t yet confirm who would be in his backroom staff – said his main objectives were to help balance the squad and give everyone ‘a clean slate’.
‘[My targets are] to install the highest confidence and we want to win as many games as we can. There are big games ahead of us but we have to have a belief in the players and I’ll tell them that today.’
‘I was at the game on Tuesday night I know there’s a lot of talent in this squad. I’m excited to work with them and help them.
‘Everyone can have a clean slate and show in training what they can do with a competitive nature. We can all push each other and I can manage that.
‘Against Liverpool, we created a lot of great chances, I’ll be working with them on the training ground [to help with goalscoring] it was part of my game and I know the players will have that.
He also said he was looking forward to working with Mason Mount again – having overseen his rise to the first team but refused to comment on his struggles at Stamford Bridge.

Mother sentenced to life in prison for beating 4-month-old daughter to death over failed relationship with her father.
A Houston mother was sentenced to life in prison for beating her infant daughter to death, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg announced.
Tradezsha Trenay Bibbs, 29, was sentenced Monday, April 3, after being convicted of felony murder for the death of 4-month-old Brielle Robinson on April 16, 2016.
Bibbs had previously been convicted of capital murder, but that verdict was reversed and Bibbs was retried.
In 2016, authorities were called to the Red Carpet Inn on the Gulf Freeway, where they found Bibbs in a room with Brielle.
According to court documents filed at the time, Bibbs told officials she heard her daughter crying and picked her up by the arms and dropped her on the bed, causing her to fall to the floor. Bibbs then allegedly continuously struck her daughter in the face, chest, ribs and legs until the child stopped crying.
Brielle was later transported to Texas Children’s Hospital where doctors determined she had suffered multiple fractures and severe head trauma.
According to court documents, Bibbs originally told authorities that Brielle had fallen from her car seat to the concrete, but later admitted making up that story. She told police that after checking into the motel with the infant, a few hours later she started not to care about the child’s well-being, and repeatedly dropped her on the mattress and “popped” her in the face.
Bibbs told police she punched the baby in the ribs and chest repeatedly until she stopped crying, but called 911 once the baby stopped breathing.
Assistant District Attorney Keaton Forcht said Bibbs killed her daughter because the baby’s father no longer wanted a relationship with the mother.
During the week-long trial, jurors heard evidence that emergency-room doctors said Bibbs did not seem interested in the baby’s medical care or the consequences for the fatal head injury she inflicted.
“Bibbs deserved a life sentence for what she did to her child,” Forcht said. “She beat her countless times and seemed to care about as much about the death of her daughter…”

A woman has been arrested after allegedly having s£x with a dog and posting “extremely graphic” videos of the ab#se on social media.
Denise Frazier, 19, is charged with unnatural interc0urse and aggravated cru£lty to an animal.
Police in Mississippi say they were alerted to a video involving a woman and a male dog by a concerned resident who watched the video on social media.
“In my 17 years in law enforcement, this is one of the most disturbing cases that I’ve ever investigated,” Sergeant J.D. Carter, of Jones County Sheriff’s Department, said.
He said the videos “are so graphic” that officers are not even allowed to discuss them.
Frazier reportedly admitted that it was her engaging in s£xual intercourse with an animal in the video.
Carter says that Frazier’s excuse was that she was forced into committing the heinous acts but says there’s no evidence of that though they are investigating.
She allegedly told police she was “threatened to do it” and also that “people pay [her]” for the videos, according to the Laurel Leader-Call.
“We’ve never dealt with this particular type of case before,” Carter said. “There are really no true words to describe it other than disgusting.
“So, right now, we’re still in that initial phase, right past the first part of it. But, we’re still going to look into it to see if there’s more.”
He says there may be more videos filmed in other counties. They have alerted nearby sheriff’s departments.
The dogs were seized from the residence she was arrested at and taken to a local animal hospital.
One of the dogs is a German shepherd that Frazier referred to as a “service dog.”
Frazier, from the hamlet of Myrick, Mississippi, made her first appearance in court Thursday, April 6, and had her bond set at $25,000.
If found guilty, Frazier could be jailed for up to 10 years.
