Just in: Latest on the Buea baby mama sawa

 According to Bella powers voice, the examining magistrate attached to the court of first instance Buea, opened the second session of the  Preliminarily Inquiry on the Buea Assault Case of Essou Marinette Yesterday the 24 th of June 2022  

The statement of the complainant Miss Essou Marinette was registered by the examining magistrate while an application for bail was made by the counsel for the defendants Barister Abi Stanley.

Counsel for the civil party Edward Lyonga,

 Elizabeth Atemnkeng and Ebua Gladys  for FIDA Cameroon objected to the application for bail.

The application for bail  was then sent  to the legal department for their submission as spell out  under section 222 (2)of the criminal procedure code.

The matter  was adjourned for Thursday 30th of  June 2022 for the judge to rule on the application for bail.

Barister Ashuntantang wildrew in (Writing) from the case for  professional reasons while Barister Lohtabu left after bitter altercations with one of the counsel who was present today

 Barristers Hector and Changoh who were on record in the last session were not present today….
