1) AVOID TOO MUCH CONTACT WITH THE OPPOSITE SEX.
One of the first thing you should do if you want to be faithful to your spouse is to limit communication with the opposite sex, you need to avoid too much contact, when there is too much connection with the opposite sex there are chances that you will get tempted to cheat.

Am not saying you should avoid the avoid sex and run away from them when you see them, No that is not what am saying, am saying that you should watch how close you get to the opposite sex, you can’t be in a relationship with someone and be having a best friend of the opposite sex, there are chances that you will be tempted to cheat.
As a lady you can’t be in a relationship and have a lot of guys as friends, there are chances that you will end up cheating with one of them, as a guy you can’t be in a relationship and have lots of ladies as your friends, there are chances that you will get attracted to one of them and before you know it, something leads to another and you find yourself cheating on your spouse.

Regulate the level of communication you have with the opposite sex, minimize the things you say to them, the time you spend with them and most of all, avoid having too much private moments with the opposite sex.
If you want to be faithful to your spouse avoid too much contact with the opposite sex, less contact, less temptation, less chances of cheating and high chances of being faithful.
